Christopher M. Cavan
Christopher M. Cavan has extensive experience in many facets of intellectual property law, including the procurement, enforcement, and licensing of intellectual property rights. His practice concentrates on patent and related antitrust litigation, and he has broad experience representing clients in both federal district and appellate courts. He has participated in all phases of litigation and his experience includes matters relating to patent, antitrust, trade secret, trademark, and unfair competition claims. Mr. Cavan also is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, particularly in the mechanical arts.
