Michael H. Baniak
Michael H. Baniak has more than twenty-five years of experience in every area of intellectual property law. A trial attorney, he has been involved in more than 150 intellectual property lawsuits. Recent patent infringement litigation cases involved music subscription services, laser sintering, bone prostheses, telecommunications, and automobile airbag technology. Mr. Baniak has counseled an international array of clients regarding copyright and trademark litigation. He is active in licensing and other technology transfers.
