Mark L. Chael, Ph.D.
Mark L. Chael focuses his practice on all aspects of U.S. and foreign prosecution of patents and trademarks, validity and infringement opinions, as well as legal and academic research in support of intellectual property litigation. He works with a wide variety of clients, from entrepreneurial ventures to established corporations, in the fields of gene therapy, drug discovery, and medical instrumentation, among others.
