Stephen H. Docter
Stephen H. Docter's practice primarily comprises drafting patent applications and amendments, preparing opinions concerning the validity or invalidity of patents, client counseling, and providing litigation support in the areas of chemistry and pharmaceuticals.
Before joining MBHB, Mr. Docter was a research associate at Searle for nine years, where he invented many novel organic and biologically active compounds in such therapeutic areas as anti-inflammation and chemotherapy. He was a member of the team that invented CELEBREX®, an anti-arthritis drug.
