David M. Frischkorn
David M. Frischkorn has successfully represented clients in all areas of intellectual property, with a concentration on litigation, client advice, and patent and trademark procurement. He has directed patent litigation involving medical devices, catalysis for hydrocarbon processing, horizontal directional drilling, offset printing, recombinant DNA technology, injection molding, and various waste management technologies. His trademark litigation cases have involved consumer products, the seizure of counterfeit music recordings, and global trademark procurement. His patent procurement and opinion work has concerned the chemical, mechanical, and electromechanical arts.
Before joining MBHB, Mr. Frischkorn was a research and development engineer at UOP.
