Michael D. Gannon
Michael D. Gannon has extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation, prosecution, licensing, and opinions, with a particular concentration in the electrical, mechanical, and software fields. His work has included software and Internet-related technologies, networking and high-speed switching applications, telecommunications, electrical connectors, automotive products, and agricultural machinery. He has authored a number of patentability, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions. Mr. Gannon's litigation experience encompasses technologies including rapid prototyping, bone prostheses, automobile airbags, computer simulations, and Internet video services.
