Patrick G. Gattari
Patrick G. Gattari's practice includes patent prosecution and client counseling on the issues of patent infringement and validity, with emphasis on evaluating potential litigation risks and licensing opportunities. He has considerable experience representing clients before federal district courts, and his practice currently focuses on representing clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology arts.
Prior to joining MBHB Mr. Gattari was patent counsel at Dade Behring, Inc., a leader in the clinical diagnostics industry. He also worked for Abbott Laboratories in a variety of positions focusing on the development and production of pharmaceuticals and diagnostic devices.
