His practice comprises all phases of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, litigation, client counseling, agreement work, due diligence, and opinion work in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, medical devices and diagnostics, with a particular focus on start-up and early phase companies and the companies that finance them, and university clients.
