Sydney R. Kokjohn is an associate with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Ms. Kokjohn's concentration is in patent procurement and enforcement. Her litigation experience focuses upon pharmaceuticals and medical devices. In addition, she prepares and prosecutes patent applications and provides technological advice in support of validity, infringement and patentability analyses in the areas of chemical engineering. She also counsels clients on patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition issues.
Prior to joining MBHB, Ms. Kokjohn worked in both the engineering and legal departments at 3M. Within the engineering department, she served as a product development engineer in the area of optical films.
