Richard A. Machonkin

Richard A. Machonkin has had broad exposure to many facets of intellectual property law. He has litigated patent and trademark cases in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Machonkin has also prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a variety of technologies and has rendered opinions regarding the patentability of inventions and the noninfringement and invalidity of issued U.S. patents.
