Kwame N. Mensah is an associate with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Dr. Mensah prepares and prosecutes patent applications, as well as provides patentability analyses in the areas of biotechnology, chemical, and pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. He also performs legal research and provides technological advice in support of validity and infringement analyses in litigation matters.
Dr. Mensah is a contributor to the Patent Docs weblog, a site focusing on biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent law.
Dr. Mensah joined MBHB in 2006 and worked as a full-time law clerk and patent agent while attending law school.
