Scott M. Miller is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Mr. Miller has experience in all areas of patent law. In particular, he concentrates his practice in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a number of technology fields, including in the electrical engineering, telecommunications, and mechanical and materials fields. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in patent prosecution matters related to medical delivery devices. Mr. Miller also conducts legal research, and provides technological advice in support of validity, infringement and patentability analyses, and litigation matters.
His work experience includes a DNA Justice Project at the St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office. Mr. Miller also conducted physics research in the field of atomic force microscopy at Duke University Nanoscience Lab.
