Eric R. Moran is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Mr. Moran's practice focuses on representing and counseling clients in the medical devices, software, mechanical, electrical-mechanical and telecommunications arts. Mr. Moran's experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, preparing opinions of counsel, procuring and providing licensing rights, and litigating patent and trademark issues in federal courts. He has also counseled clients regarding copyright issues and the enforcement of domain name rights.
Prior to joining MBHB, Mr. Moran worked for five years as an engineering consultant in the process and petrochemical industries, specializing in assisting clients to design, engineer, and construct processing facilities.
