Jeremy E. Noe
Jeremy E. Noe concentrates in district court and appellate patent litigation involving a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceutical compounds, pharmaceutical formulations, drug delivery systems, medical devices, and biotechnology. His experience especially includes complex worldwide litigation concerning challenges to Abbreviated New Drug Applications. He also assists clients on a wide range of other patent and trademark issues, including due diligence investigations, pre-litigation counseling, opinions, portfolio management, and evaluating licensing opportunities.
