Jeremy E. Noe is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Mr. Noe's practice spans all aspects of patent litigation, patent and trademark preparation and prosecution, opinion preparation, and client counseling. He has extensive litigation experience, particularly in protecting client interests at preliminary injunction proceedings and at trial. In his patent prosecution practice, Mr. Noe leverages a deep understanding of cosmetic chemistry and consumer product formulation, acquired during his fifteen-year R&D career in consumer product development prior to becoming an attorney. In addition to his active prosecution and litigation practice, he also assists clients on a wide range of other patent and trademark issues, including due diligence investigations, pre-litigation counseling, portfolio management, and evaluation of licensing opportunities. Mr. Noe's technology experience involves a broad range of life sciences technologies, including pharmaceutical compounds and formulations, drug delivery systems, medical devices, and biotechnology, as well as a broad range of process engineering and manufacturing technologies.
