Sherri L. Oslick, Ph.D.

Sherri L. Oslick prepares and prosecutes patent applications, conducts legal research, and provides technological advice in support of validity, infringement and patentability analyses, patent application preparation and prosecution, and litigation matters in the areas of biotechnology and chemistry.

Dr. Oslick is experienced in all facets of litigation, from pre-trial research to jury instructions. She has drafted complaints and motions for temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and expedited discovery, along with motions in limine, bench memoranda, and motions for judgment as a matter of law. Dr. Oslick has recent jury trial experience.

Dr. Oslick joined MBHB as a technical advisor in 2001. She attended law school classes at night while maintaining her full-time position as a law clerk and patent agent at the firm.
