Kurt W. Rohde is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Mr. Rohde focuses on patent litigation, with a special emphasis on ANDA litigation. He has experience in pre-filing investigations, discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeals. Mr. Rohde's practice also includes freedom-to-operate studies, patent validity analyses, opinion preparation, and patent preparation and prosecution. In addition to a background in chemical engineering, he also has broad experience in industrial manufacturing and aerospace operations, including machine design, tooling, fabrication, and software design and development.
