Sandra B. Weiss
Sandy Weiss has extensive experience in many facets of intellectual property law. Her practice concentrates on patent prosecution and client counseling, including patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions, trademarks, and licensing. She has broad experience in both foreign and domestic prosecution of patents and trademarks. She has also participated in all phases of pre-trial litigation and appeals.
Ms. Weiss' technical experience extends to food oils and triglyceride chemistry, retroreflective products, pharmaceuticals, medical and surgical devices, immunoassays, orthopedic devices, dialysis equipment, polymer chemistry, motor oils, analytical chemistry and instrumentation, batteries, magnetic resonance devices, foam products, highway safety devices, automobile engines, core assemblies for aircraft fuselages, web-printing technology, truck handling equipment, furniture, and vehicle accessories.
