Thomas E. Wettermann is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Mr. Wettermann has broad experience litigating and providing counsel in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade-secret issues, with a concentration on the telecommunications and power system arts. Mr. Wettermann's patent prosecution practice is devoted to obtaining U.S. and foreign patents and counseling clients in the management of their patent portfolios. He currently concentrates his practice in medical devices and their related system components.
Prior to joining MBHB, Mr. Wettermann worked for a Fortune 100 company as a marketing and sales engineer, designing and marketing variable-frequency-drive and programmable-logic controlled systems utilizing pulse width modulated technology.
