Our patent agents and technical advisors work on a variety of different technologies. Your technical experience is key in understanding and protecting our clients’ innovations. You will work with our attorneys to develop creative patent strategies for clients. You’ll conduct priorart searches, prepare and file patent applications, and support the preparation of legal opinions on freedom to operate, ownership, inventorship, infringement, and validity issues.
