David A. Grabelsky, Ph.D. is a patent agent with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Dr. Grabelsky provides technological advice in support of validity, infringement and patentability analyses, patent application preparation and prosecution, and litigation matters in the areas of electrical engineering, computer networking, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining MBHB, Dr. Grabelsky worked in research and development, product management, and systems architecture at 3Com. He also contributed significantly to innovation at 3Com, as a named inventor on more than 30 patents and patent applications. Dr. Grabelsky has valuable experience in the inventive process from the perspective of both the individual development engineer and the industrial research and development organization.
