applicant definition

In order to be considered an applicant, YOU MUST:

  • Request to be considered for employment; and
  • Submit a resume; and
  • Identify a specific job opening; and
  • Express an interest in a timely manner; and
  • Be minimally qualified for the specific job opening.

Minimally qualified is defined as possessing the knowledge, skills, education, and experience listed as "required" on the job posting.

Unsolicited resumes not identifying a specific job opening will not be accepted or acknowledged. Unsolicited resumes will not be included in our resume tracking system. Individuals who submit unsolicited resumes are not applicants.
