David M. Frischkorn has more than 25 years of experience guiding medical device companies on all facets of intellectual property strategy. Mr. Frischkorn has unique expertise with injection devices, and supports his clients with U.S. patent prosecution, trademark procurement, and technology licensing. He also uses his more than two decades of litigation experience to advise clients on product clearance and conducting due diligence studies.
In addition to medical devices, Mr. Frischkorn has significant experience providing intellectual property strategy for companies in petroleum processing and catalysis. Prior to joining MBHB, Mr. Frischkorn worked as a process engineer for Honeywell UOP. In that role, he worked with the company’s research and development team to design and test new catalyst formulations used in the production of refined petroleum products. His role worked closely with the company’s intellectual property group, giving him unique experience from the client’s perspective which allows him to better understand and support clients today.
Outside of work, Mr. Frischkorn is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time hiking and kayaking in the Cascades.
