David Rittenhouse Grosby is an associate with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP.  Mr. Grosby’s practice is focused on intellectual property matters, including patent litigation, prosecution, and client counseling, particularly in the electrical, mechanical, and software areas. 

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Grosby worked as a research assistant in the AstroParticle and Cosmic Radiation Detector Research & Development Laboratory at Florida A&M University. He assisted in programming the firmware for the COSMICi research project and aided in the design and implementation of a cosmic radiation detection device.
