David S. Harper, Ph.D., and Marcus J. Thymian, MBHB Partners, will be speaking at the 2009 National SBIR/STTR Conference, held November 2-5, 2009 in Reno, Nevada. Dr. Harper and Mr. Thymian will be speaking on Protecting Intellectual Property Rights in Technology Development with Federal Assistance on November 4th, 2009 at 3:00pm in Pavilion B. After a short patent primer, Dr. Harper and Mr. Thymian’s session will identify key reporting and marking requirements needed for federally funded development programs and will discuss how companies can protect themselves against loss of rights in their technology.
