Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship: Recipients of the fellowship join the firm as summer associates and receive $10,000 monetary awards for law school tuition or other school-related expenses. Learn about our 2023 recipients

Billable hour credit: MBHB grants all practitioners billable hour credit for pre-approved pro bono and diversity efforts. Practitioners receive billable credit for up to 5% of their annual quota for approved DEI activities.

Networking opportunities: From the development of our Women’s group to supporting attorneys’ involvement in affiliate bar associations, we provide a range of opportunities to network in diverse settings.
