Before joining MBHB, Mr. Mayagoitia earned his degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Yale University. His academic work emphasized embedded systems, computational intelligence, and musical technology, with coursework and projects spanning signal processing, machine learning, hardware design, and real-time systems.
Outside of his academic work, Alejandro pursued interdisciplinary research in computer vision and solar energy at University College Dublin, where he designed and implemented a sky imaging system to support photovoltaic analysis. At GE Vernova, he further applied his technical background by developing analytical models to quantify electrical losses in power systems.
