David Miller is Of Counsel at MBHB, focusing on trademark prosecution, strategy, and policy. He brings nearly two decades of experience from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he most recently served as managing attorney. In that role, he led a team of 27 attorneys, provided guidance on complex legal matters, and oversaw examination quality and TTAB appeal review. Mr. Miller also served as senior advisor to the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Operations, contributing to process improvements and recruitment initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he worked in private practice with a focus on telecommunications and employment law.
