Robby Divine is a technical advisor with a background in protein design, synthetic biology, and food science. He earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Washington (UW), where he developed therapeutic proteins using computational design tools. He later conducted postdoctoral research at UC Davis focused on synthetic biology applications. His work at UW and UC Davis both led to start-ups.

Prior to joining MBHB, he held scientific roles in the food and biotechnology industries, contributing to protein engineering and product development. Dr. Divine is an inventor on multiple patent applications and brings deep scientific expertise to support patent prosecution in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors.
