Overview

Tristan Morgan draws on his expertise in mechanical engineering to support clients through patent prosecution, portfolio management, patentability analyses, and intellectual property litigation and appellate practice within the Federal Court system. Mr. Morgan leverages prior experience in mechanics and design analysis to provide clients with comprehensive support on intellectual property subjects such as mechanical devices and industrial systems.

Prior to joining MBHB, Mr. Morgan received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. He previously worked as a mechanical engineer for an industrial manufacturing company, where he successfully redesigned inefficient parts of a supply chain. Mr. Morgan’s improvements allowed the facility to process an additional one million units per year, increasing facility production by more than 50%.

During law school at Loyola University of Chicago, Mr. Morgan competed on Loyola’s Dispute Resolution Team. Outside of MBHB, he can often be found playing guitar, on the pickleball court, and cheering on his Clemson Tigers.
