Noonan, Ph.D., will participating in “The Gene Uncertainty: What to Do After Myriad“, a one-hour CLE webinar held by the Intellectual Property Owners Association on Tuesday, May 25, 2010, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Dr. Noonan will sit on a panel of biotech patent prosecution and litigation experts that will discuss the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York’s decision that isolated DNA and methods of use for diagnosis do not qualify as patentable subject matter.
