Overview

Jerry Lu concentrates his practice on intellectual property law matters, such as patent prosecution for Electrical, Telecommunications and Software & Business Method inventions.

Prior to joining MBHB, Mr. Lu studied Computer Science and Statistics at Rutgers University, Embedded and Cyber-Physical Systems at U.C. Irvine and worked abroad in Beijing, China as a programmer.

During law school, Mr. Lu worked in Notre Dame Law School’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, acted as the Vice President for the law school’s Intellectual Property Law Society and was the Notre Dame Journal of Emerging Technologies Executive Online Editor.
