MBHB partner Paul Berghoff is the featured moderator of a session entitled, “Alice and Teva and What’s Next – Big Decisions and Big Cases on the Horizon.” It is set for 9:45-10:45 a.m. ET on Friday, May 8, 2015 in Wilmington, Delaware. The session is part of a two-day event entitled, “Inaugural District of Delaware Bench and Bar Conference,” that is sponsored by the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association in conjunction with the Federal Circuit Bar Association. The Conference offers 9 hours of CLE credit (DE and PA) featuring district and appellate judges from around the United States and nationally recognized practitioners from both the public and private sectors.
