Northwestern Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property (“NJTIP”) is hosting a symposium in conjunction with the Searle Center on Law, Regulation and Economic Growth at Northwestern Law School on February 23 and 24, 2012. The theme for our 2012 Symposium is “Beyond IP: How Intellectual Property and Technology Influence Other Areas of Law.” The topics for the panels are:
The Symposium will also include an opening address discussing the effects of the new America Invents Act, as well as a Keynote Luncheon discussing international compulsory licensing of pharmaceutical patents.
