Moran counsels Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and individuals on patent, trademark, and domain name issues. He also represents clients before district courts, the Federal Circuit, and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Drawing on experience designing hydraulic and mechanical systems, Dr. Shenouda helps clients in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, and computer technology with patent prosecution and validity, infringement, and patentability analyses.
Suggs supports clients spanning chemical, polymer, and pharmaceutical technologies with patent procurement, strategic counseling, freedom-to-operate, and due diligence opinions. He also represents clients before district and appellate courts, as well as forums such as the International Trade Commission.
Dr. Noonan has counseled some of the largest biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in the world on IP issues throughout his more than 30-year career. A molecular biologist and experienced patent lawyer, he helps clients develop effective global patent filing and prosecution strategies. He is also a renowned thought leader in life sciences patent law.
