Jori R. Fuller

Overview

Jori R. Fuller is a partner with McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP and serves as Chair of the firm’s Mechanical & Materials Practice Group. Ms. Fuller’s prosecution experience includes all phases of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, client counseling, and due diligence, focused on innovations in the mechanical, computing, and electrical arts. She has expertise in preparing and prosecuting design patent applications. Her practice also includes opinion and litigation work regarding validity, infringement, and enforceability of patents. Ms. Fuller joined MBHB in 2004 as a full-time law clerk and patent agent while attending law school.

Prior to joining MBHB, Ms. Fuller was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for three years. During her time at the USPTO, she gained a solid foundation with respect to patent prosecution and an invaluable insight into the operations of the USPTO.
