McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP partner Dr. Emily Miao and associate Daniel Gelwicks co-authored an article entitled, “Strategies for expediting the patent process” that appears in the April 5, 2016 online edition of Intellectual Property Magazine. The USPTO may deal with patent applications on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, but there are ways of speeding up the process.
