A New Era of Supreme Court Interest in Biotech” that appears in the Winter 2013 edition of BioLogical Quarterly (as published by the Illinois Biotechnology Industry Organization). Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court has taken an unusual interest in biotechnology patent law, having decided three major biotech cases in the last 18 months.
