PRG and UK-based Management Forum will be offering two advanced one-day courses this June covering present working of opposition and appeal procedures at the European Patent Office. The seminars will offer a summary of both background and recent developments, given from the perspective of speakers directly involved in the practice and procedures of the European Patent Office.
The courses, brought to the US for the first time, are:
– EPO Opposition & Appeals – The Case Law
– European Patents – The Case Law
The seminars will be held June 2nd and 3rd at the McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP Conference Center.
