Northwestern Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property (“NJTIP”) is hosting a symposium in conjunction with the Searle Center on Law, Regulation and Economic Growth at Northwestern Law School on February 27-28, 2014 in downtown Chicago. The topics for the panels are:
- Patent Assertion and Non-Practicing Entities Panel
- Gene Patenting Panel
- Aereo and Public Performance Rights Panel
The Symposium will also include a dinner and keynote speech featuring F. Scott Kieff, Commissioner of the U.S. International Trade Commission, and a special luncheon lecture by Professor Daniel Spulber on the subject of innovation economics.
