Advanced IPR Topics Panel

MBHB partner Andrew Williams, Ph.D. is a featured panelist for a presentation entitled, “Advanced IPR Topics Panel ,” set for 3:00-4:00 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2017 at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. The PTAB Bar Association and Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago (IPLAC) are hosting this inaugural Chicago regional event entitled, “Chicago Regional IPR Seminar,” for practitioners, students, and others interested in PTAB practice. The event will feature a USPTO/PTAB update from Judge David McKone, moderated panel sessions discussing current inter partes review issues from both the petitioner and patent owner perspectives, a mini-boot camp discussing the basics of IPRs, and a networking reception.
