MBHB partner Dr. Kevin Noonan is a featured co-speaker for a one-hour on-site program entitled, “Antitrust Issues in IP Law CLE,” set to take place in Chicago from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on November 8. Below is a description of the program.


Please join us to learn about the latest trends and updates at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property law. This hour-long program will focus on helping litigators stay informed about the many ways in which antitrust law limits, disciplines and counterbalances intellectual property law and vice versa.
