MBHB Managing Partner Marcus Thymian Interviewed in NBC 5 Chicago News Segment Regarding Sailors Preparation for Race to Mackinac

McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP Managing Partner Marcus J. Thymian appears in a July 19, 2012 NBC 5 Chicago news segment in which he was interviewed regarding preparations for the forthcoming 104th Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac. Asked by the reporter what it takes to win the race, Mr. Thymian offered up his thoughts on what it would take to prevail. Mr. Thymian and fellow MBHB partner Leif R. Sigmond, Jr.  are co-owners of Norboy, one of over 350 boats sailing this year.

MBHB is pleased to be an official sponsor of this year’s Mac Race (as it is affectionally known). The oldest annual freshwater distance race in the world, the Mac Race officially kicks off on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the Chicago Lighthouse just off Navy Pier and is expected to include around 375 boats and 3,500 sailors.
