MBHB Partners to lead discussions at the Northwestern JTIP Fifth Annual Symposium

MBHB Partners Michael Baniak, Donald Zuhn, Ph.D., Daniel Williams, and Joseph Herndon will be presenting at the Northwestern Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property’s Fifth Annual Symposium titled “New Rules for a New Day: Examining Recent Trends in IP Law” taking place on March 5, 2010 at Northwestern University’s Chicago Campus.

Daniel Williams will be participating as a panel speaker during the Patenting of Social Interations: Bilski Before the Supreme Court session taking place at 11:00 a.m.

Michael Baniak will be participating as a panel speaker during the Trademark and Copyright in the Days of Internet: The Google Influence session taking place at 1:45 p.m.

Donald Zuhn, Ph.D., will be participating as a panel speaker during the Who Defines the Law?: USPTO Rule Making Authority session taking place at 3:00 p.m.

Joseph Herndon will be participating as a panel speaker during the Redefining “Free”: a Look at Open Source Software Management session taking place at 4:00 p.m.
