MBHB Partner Kevin Noonan Elected to Board of Trustees for the Foundation for Advancement of Diversity in IP Law

McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP partner Kevin Noonan, Ph.D. has been elected to serve on the board of trustees of the Foundation for Advancement of Diversity in IP Law (FADIPL). The term runs from 2020 until 2023. Comprising a diverse group of leaders dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, the board guides the FADIPL in its mission to support members of underrepresented racial and ethnic groups in their pursuit of careers in intellectual property law in the United States through financial support and networking, counseling, and mentoring.

About the FADIPL

The Foundation’s Mission is to support members of underrepresented racial and ethnic groups in their pursuit of careers in intellectual property law in the United States. The Foundation’s Programs work toward:

• Increasing the awareness of the IP profession among underrepresented racial and ethnic groups and supporting their participation in the IP profession.
• Providing financial support to individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups who demonstrate an interest in a career in IP law; and
